The following Refund Policy applies to services offered via Anands.Pro.
1 Applicability
This Refund Policy applies to consulting, digital strategy, website/e-commerce development services, sessions, retainers or project work engaged through Anands.Pro.
2 Payment Terms
- A deposit or full payment may be required before work commences.
- Retainer services may be billed monthly.
- Payment milestones may be defined in the SOW.
3 No Automatic Refund
Due to the professional nature of our services (consulting, bespoke development, creative work), we generally do not offer automatic refunds once work has commenced, or deliverables provided.
4 Refunds at Our Discretion
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, in good faith. Situations where partial refund may be granted include:
- If we fail to deliver the service as specified in the SOW within the agreed timeframe (and you have provided required inputs).
- If we terminate the engagement without cause, before completing agreed deliverables.
5 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at hello@anands.pro within 14 days of the invoice date (or other agreement term) giving your reasons. We may request documentation. We will respond to your request within 7 days.
6 Deduction of Work Performed
If a refund is granted, we may deduct a portion reflecting the value of work already performed, delivered or consumed. The final refund amount will be at our discretion based on fairness and scope of work remaining.
7 Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs (licences, hosting, domain registrations, plugins, third-party services) you have committed to remain your responsibility and are not refundable by us.
8 Cancellation by You
If you cancel a project after we commenced work, you remain liable for fees corresponding to time or milestones already completed. Any refund will be subject to deduction of the amounts described above.
9 Changes to Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time-to-time by posting the revised version on the Site. The version you accepted when you engaged us will govern the transaction.
