Consulting Manifest — Marketing / Operations / Technology & AI

Real business problems, solved with AI — not slides.

I work with business owners on marketing, operations, and technology — with AI and automation at the centre of it. Real cross-border operating experience, real self-built systems, applied to your business.

About

An operator first, a consultant second.

I lead operations for a cross-border freight company running corridors across East Africa. Before that: I have spent over decades in group-level operations, sales, and commercial leadership across East and Central Africa, spanning oil & gas, industrial gases, steel, and security services.

That background is why the advice doesn't stop at strategy. When a process is broken, I've usually run one like it. When a workflow needs automating — including with AI — I build the tool myself, on my own self-hosted infrastructure, before I ever suggest it to a client.

What I Do

Services.

Three ways into the same problem: a business, sales, marketing, or operations bottleneck that is costing real time and money.

AI Opportunity Diagnosis

Find where AI actually helps across sales, marketing and operations before spending on tools.

AI Agent and Assistant Build

A working AI assistant for lead follow-up, customer replies, or internal Q&A — deployed, not demoed.

Workflow Automation Engineering

Connect the tools you already use so manual, repetitive steps stop needing a person.

Systems Integration

Link CRM, WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and internal tools into one working pipeline.

Process Mapping and Redesign

Map how sales, marketing or ops work actually happens today, then tighten it into something repeatable.

Sales and Marketing Flow Redesign

Fix the leaks in lead intake, follow-up, and handoff between marketing and sales.

Where AI Actually Fits

Not a chatbot bolted on. A problem taken off your plate.

Every engagement starts with the same question: which manual, repeatable task in sales, marketing, or operations is costing the most, and is it safe to automate with a human still checking the output?

01 · Audit

Find the real opportunity

Score every candidate workflow — sales follow-up, lead intake, reporting, approvals — on data readiness and business value.

02 · Build

Ship a working version

A small, connected automation, reviewed by a human, beats a big roadmap that never ships.

03 · Integrate

Connect what you already run

CRM, WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets — AI is only as useful as the systems it can actually see.

04 · Operate

Keep a human in the loop

Every automation ships with a clear line showing where a person still has the final say.

How An Engagement Runs

Three stops, one route.

Whether it is a single project or a retained monthly arrangement, the route is the same. Click a stop to see how it plays out.

01

Diagnose

A working session to map the actual bottleneck — in sales, marketing, or operations — not the assumed one.

02

Build

A redesigned process flow or a working AI/automation system — whichever the problem actually calls for.

03

Operate

Handed off with documentation, or run as a retained monthly engagement for ongoing support.

Questions

AI & automation, answered plainly.

Will AI replace my sales or ops team?

+

No — every automation here removes repetitive manual work (follow-ups, data entry, status checks), with a person reviewing anything that matters. It is a tool your team uses, not a replacement for judgment.

I do not know what to automate yet — is that a problem?

+

That is the normal starting point. The AI Opportunity Sprint exists exactly for this — mapping which sales, marketing, or ops workflow is worth automating first.

What is the difference between a Service and a Product here?

+

Services are open-ended, diagnosed engagements scoped to your specific problem. Products are fixed-scope packages with a defined deliverable and timeframe — a faster way in if you already know roughly what you need.

Do I need clean data or existing systems first?

+

Not necessarily. Part of the integration work is connecting to whatever you already run, spreadsheets included, rather than requiring a fresh platform first.
