Working iteratively over many sessions, we built a complete fleet management platform: live GPS-based truck tracking across every border checkpoint, KPI-based performance scoring, a real-time dashboard with clickable drill-downs into trip and regional detail, automated WhatsApp and email alerts, document, insurance, and proof-of-delivery compliance tracking, driver scorecards, and accident, theft, and disciplinary record-keeping across the whole fleet. Role-based permissions control precisely who can view or edit each area of the system. Every new feature started as an interactive mockup for review before being built to real, live data, keeping the build tight, predictable, and genuinely useful to the operations team.
