Shift rosters, site attendance and payroll were run separately across a 2,000+ guard workforce, causing scheduling gaps, unreconciled overtime, and slow, error-prone monthly pay runs.
Delivered a scheduling and rostering system covering guards, sites and shift patterns, with a live roster grid, gap alerts for uncovered shifts, and clock-in exceptions flagged in real time. Attendance data flows straight into payroll: regular hours, overtime, site allowances and deductions are computed automatically from actual clocked hours rather than manual timesheets, with exceptions held for supervisor review before a pay run is released. Regional payroll runs are tracked to completion on one dashboard, and rostering, attendance and payroll all sit on the same guard and site records, so a change in one place reflects everywhere immediately.
Shift coverage gaps are now caught days in advance instead of at the site gate. Overtime and attendance disputes dropped as payroll pulled from the same clock-in data guards were scheduled against, and monthly payroll processing across all regions moved from a multi-day manual exercise to a same-day, auto-reconciled run.
